The Ultimate Guide to Keeping Your Skin Hydrated During the Cold Winter Months

Winter is here, and it's time to give your skin the care it deserves! Here are my top 5 skincare tips to keep your skin glowing during the cold months:

Hydrate Inside and Out: Drink plenty of water and use a deeply hydrating moisturizer.

Don't Skip Sunscreen: The sun's rays can still damage your skin, even in winter.

Gentle Cleansing: Opt for a gentle cleanser to avoid stripping your skin of its natural oils.

Invest in a Humidifier: Combat dry indoor air by adding moisture to your environment.

Exfoliate Wisely: Exfoliate once or twice a week to remove dead skin cells, but don’t overdo it.

Literally SO MANY PEOPLE don't realize the importance of water. There's a reason for saying that water solves most of the problem

@Influencer I know that in my head but still can't drink enough water....Like I just go hours without water if I'm not conscious about it

That could happen and it's because your body is just used to go hours without hydration. Trust me, if you start drinking enough water, even if you are doing that on purpose, your body will adjust and later you'll HAVE TO drink water cuz your body needs that

I agree with the humidifier part. I hadn't believed it until I got one and it felt almost like a miracle especially in winter. When you live with that, your skin seems to have another barrier! I definitely recommend getting one and you will see how important it is!

Lowkey...still feel like it's extra. Like I don't know if anyone has tried this, but I just have a wet towel in my room and that works like a humidifier for me

Wow I haven't tried that but that's actually smart! I also thought to buy one but was hesitating because it does feel like something extra just for vibe... you know

@Influencer NO TRUST ME GUYS. It does work!! I mean I don't blame you if you don't need one but if you are thinking of getting one because you need that, go for it!! It works MUCH BETTER than just a wet towel. Yall won't regret it. I promiseeee

Especially for sensitive skin, once a week or two weeks would be fine!! After that, don't forget to put enough moisturizer!
