Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream – My Experience

I picked up this cream after seeing a lot of people recommend it for sensitive, irritated skin. My skin gets red easily, and I wanted something simple that would actually help with barrier repair without feeling too heavy. And here we are - with a second bottle!

• The texture is really nice—not too thick, not too watery.

• Absorbs quickly, but still leaves a slight moisturizing layer.

• No strong scent, which I appreciate.

How It Works on My Skin

I started using it every night after my serum, and within a few days, I noticed my skin feeling calmer and more balanced. It doesn’t give instant overnight results, but over time, I realized I was waking up with less redness and irritation.

It’s not a super heavy cream, so I wouldn’t rely on it for deep hydration in winter, but for daily use, especially when my skin feels sensitive, it’s been a solid addition to my routine.

Would I Keep Using It?

Yes! It’s one of those creams that might not seem game-changing at first, but it just works. If your skin is easily irritated and you need something gentle and barrier-supporting, this is worth a try.
