I really wanted to love this mist. The promise of balanced pH, brightening licorice extract, and a refreshing spritz throughout the day? Sign me up. But after a few weeks of testing, I have to admit—this just didn’t work for me.

The bottle itself is sleek and minimal, which I appreciate. The mist nozzle dispenses a fine, even spray (major points for that—nobody wants to be attacked by uneven droplets). And the scent? It’s light, herbal, and pleasant, which I don’t mind. But things started to go downhill from here.

At first, it feels refreshing on the skin, but within minutes, I notice a weird, slightly sticky residue. It’s not hydrating enough to be a proper essence, but also not light enough to just be a mist. Instead of leaving my skin dewy, it makes it feel... filmy? I kept using it, hoping my skin would adjust, but nope—the feeling never went away.

This is where I really struggled. The mist claims to help with brightening and soothing, but I didn’t notice any of that. If anything, my skin felt more congested after a few days of use. I have combo skin, and this seemed to just sit on top of my face rather than absorb properly. I also tried it over makeup, and let’s just say—BIG mistake.
