I have acne-prone skin and bought it because of all the positive reviews, but in my experience, it didn’t dramatically change anything. It removes sunscreen and most makeup okay, but I still go in with micellar water after on heavy days just to make sure everything’s gone.
It hasn’t broken me out or made things worse, which is definitely a plus. The texture is smooth and easy to work with, and the big bottle makes it pretty economical.
That said, it didn’t wow me. It’s a nice, non-irritating first cleanser, but I wouldn’t say it’s holy grail status for me personally. I’ll finish it and maybe try something new next time.
Still, for people looking for a basic, gentle oil cleanser, this could be a solid option—especially if your skin isn’t super reactive like mine.
