Torriden Dive In Hyaluronic Acid Toner — One Girl’s Review Corner 🛁🌸

🫧 Skin Type: Oily

🌬️ Climate: Dry

🧴 Routine: Torriden dive in toner → Torriden dive in serum → Dr.g red blemish soothing cream

💬 Final Feelings

I saw people say this toner pairs well with the Torriden serum, so I thought, “Why not?” and gave it a go 💧

Poured a bit into my hands, patted it in, and followed up with the serum right after!

Now listen... this toner? Basically fancy water. Looks like water, feels like water, even smells like skincare water (you know that scent 🫠).

And hydration? Mmm... not really doing it for me. It’s just too watery to feel like it’s doing anything. Probably won’t be adding this one to my regulars 🙅‍♀️

The serum felt suuuper lightweight, almost like it was trying to cosplay as a toner.

Honestly, if the toner had the same texture as the serum, I think I would have liked it a lot more😮‍💨

Honestly this just sounds like a fancier way to splash water on your face. I’ll pass.

I mean you’re not wrong… But isn’t all toner basically fancy water if we’re being real? 👀👀

I literally laughed at this because that’s exactly how it felt. My wallet was crying in hydration-less silence 😂

Let’s be honest though… we’ve all paid $$$ for fancy water in a bottle at least once.🤗

SOME toners are actually hydrating!! This one just missed the mark a bit. But I wouldn’t dismiss them all.

At least it didn’t sting or break me out? Low bar but still. Lol.

Maybe try layering the toner 2-3 times? That’s when it started to work for me.

I’ve been looking for a super lightweight routine so this might actually work for me.

Then this might actually be a solid pick for you! Especially if your skin hates layers and prefers a light, no-fuss feel.

It’s true—some of us oily skin folks just want water and vibes in the summer. No heavy layers pls.

If you’re doing a low-maintenance routine, maybe try layering it 2–3 times? It builds up nicely even if it feels like nothing at first.

Yeah just don’t expect it to do heavy lifting. It’s more of a “refresh and go” kinda product.

Also works great after a shower when your skin’s damp. It’s all about how you stack your hydration sometimes.

Wait what 😭😭😭 I literally thought I was the only one who thought the toner was pointless omg SAME it’s just water in a bottle lol like hi hydration where?? 💧💦🫠

Did you notice any difference in how your skin felt later in the day? Curious if it’s just short term.

Yeah, it felt kinda nice right after, but by 3PM? My skin was already getting tight, especially around my mouth.

Ahh that sucks. I was hoping it’d have more lasting hydration. Did you use it with anything else?

Just the serum from the same line. Thought they’d work better together but nah, it didn’t do much.

Huh… maybe it’s a skin barrier thing. Mine gets flaky when hydration doesn’t hold. Sounds like yours too.

Exactly. And the thing is, it feels like it’s doing something at first, but it disappears so fast. Like what’s the point?

That’s honestly how I felt about their ampoule too. All hype, no real payoff. Overpriced water.

Okay but like, maybe your skin’s just sensitive or something? Not everyone has the same results. I wouldn’t call it trash.

Girl… it’s literally my skin I’m talking about. If you’re gonna jump in just to defend the brand, calm down. No one came for you.

I’m just saying it’s a bit dramatic to go off like that over one product. Some of us actually like it. You can scroll if it bugs you.

Totally agree—this toner feels like skincare air. I kept waiting for my skin to drink something, but… nope. Still thirsty.

Sometimes I think brands make toners this watery just so we go through it faster. Feels like I used half the bottle in a week.

Brands making toners watery to get us to buy more? Classic scam move.

The fact that the serum feels more hydrating than the toner is kinda wild. They should’ve just made one product and called it a day.

Hydrating serum’s wild? It’s not the serum’s fault if your skin’s too picky.

I used it with a mist bottle instead of hands and it felt slightly more effective? Still light, but at least I didn’t waste product lol.

Used with a mist bottle? Okay, but still didn’t fix your hydration issue.

I wanted to love this… but my dehydrated oily skin needs a little more punch. I might try mixing it with a few drops of glycerin next time.

Dehydrated skin needs more punch... Maybe try a different product entirely.
