Goodal Green Tangerine Vita C Dark Spot Serum

I’ll be honest — I’ve tried a lot of vitamin C serums over the years, and most fall into two categories:

either too sticky and heavy (especially annoying when it’s hot out), or so light that I’m left wondering if they even did anything. This? Somehow… perfectly in between.

The Goodal Green Tangerine Vita C Dark Spot Serum has become my summer skin savior.

It’s light, almost like a gel serum, but still has this slight weight to it that makes it feel purposeful. It spreads beautifully, absorbs without pilling, and most importantly, stays on the skin just long enough for me to feel like it’s doing something.

I’ve worn this under makeup, under sunscreen, at night — no issues with layering, no weird residue. It’s one of the few vitamin C products I don’t have to “work around”.

The scent is barely there, which I appreciate, and the color of the product (this soft citrusy yellow) is honestly just kind of pretty. I’m not sensitive to vitamin C, but for anyone who is, the fact that this serum uses a more gentle derivative (Ascorbyl Glucoside) makes it a great starting point. My skin didn’t sting or react, which was a relief.

Now onto results, and I want to be fair here.

This isn’t a “wake up tomorrow with glowing baby skin” product.

But I started using this about 4 weeks ago, mostly in the morning, and here’s what I’ve noticed:

• A smoother, more even skin tone — not dramatically brighter, but subtly more alive.

• Post-acne marks fading faster than they used to.

• My skin feels less dull, especially after hot, humid days when I’d usually look tired and blotchy.

If you’ve ever struggled to find a summer-appropriate serum that’s hydrating, gentle, and doesn’t disappear too quickly, this is a great fit.

It plays well with my watery toners and sunscreen, and even on days when I skip moisturizer, I feel like it gives my skin enough of a bounce.

It’s a repurchase for me. Not because it’s flashy or trendy, but because it’s steady, reliable, and quietly effective.

That’s the kind of product I come back to.

In my 2nd bottle now. Use this for working on my dark spots. Looks like to be lightening slowly.

    My journey with this :
    - The first few weeks i didn't see any change.
    - A few moths passed, started noticing a change in my face - my eye bags were getting better and sun spots got gone.

My tip is to exfoliate your skin gently and then apply this with a moisturizer!
