LA ROCHE-POSAY CICAPLAST BAUME B5+

I've been using this repair cream for five months, and out of all the ones I’ve tried, this has been my favorite.

I’m just jotting down my thoughts as they come to me, so they might be a bit out of order. Hope that’s okay! Here are some things I noticed

1. It worked great for my skin during the dry winter months with the heater running.

2. It was super hydrating, especially when my skin was irritated or breaking out.

3. I loved using it as a thick cream mask or even as an overnight sleeping pack.

4. It seemed to work well for all skin types, though you might want to adjust the amount based on your skin’s needs.

5. I could use it anywhere—on my face, neck, elbows, knees—anywhere that needed extra moisture.

6. It layered really well with any serum I used before applying it.

7. The hydration was seriously impressive—way beyond what I expected.

8. If you have oily skin, it might feel a little greasy or heavy.

9. Even when I only used this B5+ cream by itself, I still felt like it was enough.

10. The formula contains over 33 different moisturizing ingredients.

11. I’ve seen some rumors about it containing high levels of benzones (which are linked to cancer), but a1

12. ccording to official sources, this cream does not contain benzone.

A few people with acne-prone, sensitive skin mentioned that it stung a little sometimes.
