You know when everyone keeps saying a sunscreen is perfect and you’re like… “okay but why is my T-zone still a frying pan?” 🙄
That was me. I had HIGH hopes for this one, given all the hype and the dreamy “lightweight and hydrating” marketing.
And to be fair, it is lightweight. And it is hydrating. But not in a way that works for everyone, especially not oily-combo skin girlies mid-summer. 😤
Texture? Milky and smooth, A+ on that. No white cast, bless. Layers decently with makeup. But for me, the hydration felt a little too much after a couple hours—like borderline greasy if you’re not using powder or blotting.
AND let’s talk packaging. Cute, minimal, sure. But the cap gets weirdly loose in my bag??? I’m not asking for military-grade security but come on.
For the price and praise, I just wanted more balance. It’s not bad, but not my holy grail. Still on the hunt.
Also does the birch juice actually do anything or is it just marketing fluff?
- Liked it bc it actually hydrates without pillng and plays nice with most makeup without white cast and fragrance,
- Didn't like it bc it gets shiny FAST on combo skin and is not sweat/water resistant.
