One Week with Cell Fusion C Post Alpha First Cooling Mask: My Real Thoughts

Okay, so I’ve been using the Cell Fusion C Post Alpha First Cooling Mask for a week now, and here’s my take on it… not gonna lie, it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster.

⠀
First time I used it, I was like, “Wow, this feels SO GOOD.” I mean, the cooling effect? Instant. I was like, okay, this is everything after being outside in the heat. It’s super refreshing, and I loved how my skin felt a little less angry after. But, that’s the thing. It worked in the moment, but I didn’t really see any major changes in my skin after that first use. It was nice, but I wasn’t sold just yet.

⠀
Fast forward to a week later, and I’ve been using it about 3-4 times. Honestly? It’s okay. My skin does feel calmer and less irritated, but I wouldn’t say it’s like my skin’s new BFF. It helps with redness, for sure, but I’m not seeing any miracles here. I do love how cooling it is, but at the same time, I don’t think it’s doing anything crazy special other than making my skin feel less “ugh” after a long, sweaty day.

⠀
I think the hydration is good. My face feels a bit more “plump” (not in a bad way, though), but it’s not like I’m glowing or anything. It’s more of a soft, hydrated feeling that lasts for a few hours. Which, tbh, is fine. But again, it’s nothing groundbreaking. If you’re expecting like a deep moisture boost, that’s not what this is. It’s more of a refreshment, like a splash of water for your face.

⠀
The size, though... it’s tiny. Like, I’m already halfway through the jar after just a week. I don’t know if that’s normal for cooling masks, but I was expecting it to last a little longer. For the price, I kinda wish it had a little more product.

⠀
So, yeah, it’s been good for calming my skin down, but I wouldn’t say it’s a must-have. It’s a nice-to-have, if you’re into cooling skincare that gives you that quick relief, but if you’re looking for something to actually fix skin issues or improve texture, I’d look elsewhere. It does what it says on the tin—soothes, cools, and hydrates, but that’s about it.

⠀
Would I buy it again? Probably, but not like right now. I think it’s great for quick fixes when my skin is angry or irritated, but it’s not gonna be a staple for me. I wouldn’t depend on it for major skincare benefits, but if you’re just looking for something to calm your skin down after a tough day, it’ll do the job.

⠀
Honestly, it’s a solid mask, but not the holy grail everyone says it is. It’s chill, but I’ve tried better.
