Skin1004 eye cream: Wanted to love it… but didn’t see any results.

I had high hopes for the SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Probio-Cica Bakuchiol Eye Cream, mostly because I love their toners and ampoules. But unfortunately, this one just didn’t work for me.

The texture is nice — lightweight, spreads easily, and doesn’t sting my eyes. It layers well under makeup and feels refreshing at first.

But after using it every night for about a month, I can honestly say I didn’t see any real change in my under-eye area. No difference in fine lines, no brightening, no long-term hydration.

It’s not irritating, and I appreciate the ingredients (bakuchiol, centella, probiotics), but it just feels like a basic moisturizer in fancy packaging. For the price, I was hoping for more — even just a smoother texture around my eyes or some plumping. But it felt like nothing changed at all.

Maybe this works better for younger skin or someone just starting eye cream, but for me (late 20s, fine lines starting to show), it just wasn’t effective.

A pass for me.

Totally feel you. I’ve tried so many eye creams that ended up just feeling like glorified moisturizers 😩

I feel like eye cream is something I really struggle to see the results with. Like the fun applicator tho!

I'm still skeptical about getting extra for under-eyes so just use my regular hydrating serum. Lowkey works better and saves $$.

That's honestly what I would do too once I'm done with my current eye cream. Feels the same

I assume the bakuchiol concentration must be super low, nice in theory but not enough to do much for texture or lines. If you’re looking for results, I’ve had way better luck with retinol-based eye products, RoC or the Inkey List one are solid for the price!

Thanks for the honest review. I almost picked this up! I’ve been on the hunt for an eye cream that actually does something.
Curious if anyone’s had success layering this with something more active, like a peptide serum or retinol underneath?

But do you really expect something from eye cream? Idk I just never had success from it that I have zero expectation now
