Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream — A Practical Girl’s Skin-Saver

💗 First Impressions: 8/10

Simple packaging. Hygienic. Doesn’t look fancy, but that’s fine — I’m not paying for glass jars and gold foil.

📝 Texture: 9/10

Soft. Smooth. Non-sticky. Absorbs fast but doesn’t vanish into thin air. Like a perfectly balanced tofu (weird, but accurate).

Not oily, not gel-ish. Somewhere in the comforting middle.

🤓 Ingredients: 9.5/10

Centella, panthenol, ceramides, squalane — yes, yes, and YES.

Everything I look for when my skin is irritated or stressed. No heavy fragrance. No drama.

🌸 Performance: 8.5/10

Calms redness within 20 minutes. Doesn’t sting.

When I overdo acids or my skin barrier is just tired, this one resets everything quietly.

😕 Downsides?

• Probably not moisturizing enough for very dry skin in winter.

• Comes in a tube, which is great, but I wish the nozzle was smaller to control the amount better.

😎 Overall Score: 8.7/10

A cream I actually finish and repurchase. Not flashy. No fake promises. Just a really good, barrier-supporting moisturizer that I can rely on.

It won’t turn you into a K-drama lead, but your skin will stop being mad at you.

And honestly, that’s all I want on a weekday.

I’ll admit it even though I almost didn’t buy this because the tube looks like something my dermatologist would give out for free. But holy grail status confirmed. Tho… would it kill them to make it aesthetic?

Why do all the solid barrier creams hate winter 😒
