My Thoughts on the Celimax Noni Ampoule

I kept seeing the Celimax Noni Ampoule all over TikTok and finally gave in to see if it was just hype or actually worth the attention. For context, I have very reactive, sensitive combination skin.

The product itself has a subtle minty scent and a thicker, serum-like texture. It’s deeply hydrating, and I noticed it helped smooth out some skin texture, maybe thanks to the collagen. I originally picked it up just for its calming and soothing effects, but it actually exceeded my expectations.

Since focusing on barrier-repairing, calming products, my skin has improved significantly. I usually pair this ampoule with the I'm From Mugwort Essence, and together they’ve really helped reduce inflammation and redness. What used to be irritated, inflamed skin now calms down in just a couple of days.

If it helps anyone with a similar issue, my skin irritation turned out to be from using too many products with high concentrations of niacinamide. Since switching to gentler, more minimalist formulas, my skin has been much happier. Sometimes, less really is more.

I relate so much to the niacinamide sensitivity! It’s everywhere in ‘brightening’ products but too much just wrecks my barrier. Switching to calming ampoules like this was a game-changer for me too.

I actually love the slightly thick texture — it feels so comforting without being sticky.
But if anyone prefers more watery layers, you might want to apply on damp skin for better spread.

If anyone’s looking to try this, I found the best price on YesStyle with a coupon — way cheaper than Olive Young or StyleKorean last time I checked

Would you say this works well for oily-acne prone skin types too?

It would work but i wouldn't say well tho since the texture is quite thick so your oily skin may prefer something lightweight yk.

I’ve been eyeing this for weeks but couldn’t tell if it was actually worth it or just pretty packaging. Your review just convinced me 👏

Omg you pair it with the I’m From Mugwort Essence? That sounds like the ultimate soothing duo… definitely trying that combo next!

That thicker texture sounds sooo satisfying though. I need something that feels like it’s hugging my skin lol

Minty? Now I’m intrigued 👀 Is it super strong or just a light scent?

Wait—thank you for saying that about niacinamide. I thought I was going crazy but I swear my skin hates it in high doses too. Minimalist gang unite 🙌
