Finally… a cream that doesn’t just say soothing — it actually delivers.

You know that moment when you try a new product and after the first application you’re like… wait, is this actually doing something already? That was me with the Dr.G Red Blemish Clear Soothing Cream. I have super sensitive combo skin that flares up with the slightest change in weather, stress, or, let’s be real, just being alive. So I’m usually skeptical of creams that claim to be “soothing.”

But this texture? Chef’s kiss. It’s a super lightweight gel-cream that melts into the skin like water, but not in that slippery way where you’re left wondering if anything’s actually on your face. No tackiness, no weird film — just cool, calm hydration. I started using it both morning and night and it played well under sunscreen and makeup without any pilling. Major win.

I noticed a difference in the little red bumps I get around my chin and nose — usually post-stress breakouts or after over-exfoliating. With this cream, they just… didn’t escalate. The redness went down noticeably faster and my skin felt less tight, especially in the mornings. It’s not a heavy cream, so if you’re super dry, you might want to layer something on top. But for sensitive, acne-prone skin that still needs hydration?

This is it. I’ve already restocked. Twice.

It’s officially in my do-not-skip drawer now.

I’ve been curious about this one for a while but didn’t think it would be that effective. Your experience honestly convinced me to try it. Thanks!

Not gonna lie, I thought it was overhyped at first… but this stuff really is different. Texture alone puts it above most creams I’ve used.

I still think it’s too light for my Sahara-dry skin tbh… works okay in summer but I need something richer for winter.

This is such a helpful review. I’ve been struggling with perioral redness and it sounds like this might help calm things without triggering more breakouts. Ordering rn 🙏
