Skin type: dry

Okay, unpopular opinion maybe, but this toner didn’t exactly live up to the social media hype for me.

I picked it up because literally everyone was raving about how calming and hydrating it is — TikTok, Instagram, even my friends. I don’t have super sensitive skin, but since I’m on the dry side, I was hoping for something deeply soothing and moisturizing.

And I mean… it’s fine. Like, not bad by any means — it didn’t break me out, it didn’t sting, and it feels nice enough on the skin. But that’s kind of where it ends. No crazy transformation. No “omg my skin is glowing” moment.

Just… a toner. A decent, gentle toner.

If I hadn’t been so influenced by all the hype, I probably would’ve liked it more. I think the expectations were set sky-high, and in the end, it just didn’t impress me the way I thought it would. At this price point, I feel like there are other toners that do similar things for less. Especially for someone with dry skin like me — it just didn’t feel hydrating enough.

That said, I’m not going to waste it. I’ll definitely finish the bottle since I already bought it, and I might even keep using it in the mornings when I want something light and simple. But a repurchase? Probably not.
