Is Numbuzin No.5 Actually Worth It? My Unfiltered Review

Hey babes 💕✨ So I’ve been testing out the Numbuzin No. 5 Vitamin Concentrated Serum for a few weeks now after seeing it all over my feed and of course, the skincare junkie in me had to see what the fuss was about 😌

Let’s get into it with honest thoughts, tea included 🍵

🌟 First Impressions :

The texture? Chef’s kiss. It’s this slightly viscous, almost silky essence serum hybrid that glides beautifully on the skin. No stickiness, no heaviness, just that glass skin slip we all crave. The packaging is sleek and minimal too, which I always appreciate on my vanity 😍

🍊 The Ingredients :

This one is packed with vitamin C derivatives, niacinamide, and glutathione basically, a glow cocktail. It’s formulated to help with dullness, uneven tone, and give that coveted chok-chok radiance. It’s not your typical L-ascorbic acid serum, so it's much gentler, perfect for sensitive skin girlies or anyone new to vitamin C.

🧪 My Results :

After 3 weeks of AM + PM use, my skin does look noticeably brighter and more even. It didn’t irritate me at all (and I have combo-sensitive skin!), and I love layering it under my sunscreen.

Before I used this

No breakouts, no weird reactions, just calm, glowy skin.

But… is it life-changing? Hmm. Not quite. It’s solid, but not miraculous. Think: quiet luxury of the skincare world. If you’re already using actives like tret or strong vitamin Cs, this might feel a little too mild. But if you’re looking for a gentle, glow-boosting serum with a beautiful finish, it’s a yes from me ✅

👑 Final Verdict :

✨ 4/5; Pretty, gentle, effective, but not revolutionary. A gorgeous beginner-friendly serum that plays well in any routine. I’d recommend it especially for sensitive skin types or anyone trying to ease into brightening serums without going full strength.

Would I repurchase? Maybe. But I’ll probably keep exploring, you know I can’t stop at just one serum 😉

@Female/Dry Everyone's skin reacts so differently, no need to rush it. Unless it's causing problems, might as well finish the bottle.

@Female/Dry Since my skin is so sensitive, it seems to react more quickly than other people's skins do but yeah for me it took only about 3 weeks

@Female/Normal If it's firt time using a serum, I'd recommend starting slow. No need to rush and freak your skin out 😂

Been using it as my morning serum and so far no irritation at all. Super gentle, and it gives that healthy glow vibe over time.

Let’s be real, not every skincare product’s gonna be a miracle. But a 4/5 rating from the poster? That’s lowkey impressive.
