Round Lab Pine Calming Cica Toner Review:)

Recommended for : People with oily or dehydrated oily skin (combo-oily) especially great for summer!

I picked up this toner while traveling in Korea during a sale, and it was such a steal!

After trying it, I’d say it’s a light, watery toner. You can use it with a cotton pad to wipe your skin or pat it in multiple layers for extra hydration.

On really hot summer days, I would first swipe it on with a cotton pad, then pat in another layer instead of using an ampoule. I’d finish off with a lightweight moisturizer, and that worked perfectly for me!

Personally, I didn’t find it sticky at all. It felt hydrating yet fresh, making it an amazing choice for summer (or really, any humid day).

Since Centella (Cica) is the key ingredient, it helps soothe the skin. It’s also a very gentle toner with LHA + PHA, so you get mild exfoliation without irritation.

I’ve heard that using it with the matching ampoule enhances the effects, but I didn’t try the full line, so I can’t confirm.

For me, it’s a nice, basic toner nothing groundbreaking, but solid. That said, some reviews mention it being underwhelming. So overall, I’d say it’s not worth paying full price for, but definitely a good buy if you can get it on sale! 😊

Yep great for oily or combo but as someone who has dry skin, it was not good enough.. when I was using it, i used really moisturizing cream, la Roche posey one and it went well together!

I was about to give up on it, and just saw your comment. Wanna try it again with the cream that you used, would you mind letting me know what cream you used?
