I bought into the hype, especially after seeing derms like Dr. Muneeb Shah singing its praises. If he was co-signing it, I figured this had to be the real deal.
✨ Here’s the tea : For the first year? I loved this thing. It looked luxe, felt luxe, and genuinely gave my skin that calm, post-facial radiance. I followed all the rules, stored it properly, kept it charged, used it religiously. But right after the one-year mark (aka the warranty cutoff), the mask started glitching.
