Banila Co Romantic Blush Lip & Cheek Review

I picked up both 07 Glimmer and 12 Peach Mousse out of curiosity, but honestly? I might’ve just found my new go-to blush formula.

Both shades have the same dreamy texture — it looks like a tint but feels like a serum-cream hybrid. It blends out seamlessly with fingers or a sponge and leaves behind a glowy, skin-like finish that doesn’t disturb my base.

07 Glimmer is a muted pink-beige with just enough warmth to avoid washing me out. It’s perfect for soft, everyday looks — like a barely-there flush that still pulls the whole face together.

12 Peach Mousse is more playful, a soft coral-peach that brightens my complexion without screaming “I’m wearing blush.” Between the two, I find myself reaching for Peach Mousse more when I want that healthy, springy vibe.

While it says “lip & cheek,” I personally find them best as cream blushes. On the lips, they’re okay — a little too sheer and slippy for me — but on the cheeks? Gorgeous. No patchiness, no stickiness, just airbrushed softness.

The lasting power is surprisingly good for something this light, and the color melts in so naturally that even a mid-day touch-up doesn’t feel like a chore.

If you love minimal makeup days with maximum glow, these are worth checking out. They’re easy, flattering, and quietly beautiful — like the kind of product you reach for without thinking… and then wonder how you lived without it.

I totally felt the same way about the lip performance, not terrible, but a bit too sheer and slippery for my liking.
But on the cheeks? Unreal. I wore Peach Mousse on a 10-hour travel day and it still looked alive at the end of it. I applied it over just sunscreen and a bit of concealer and it gave that dewy, healthy look without feeling greasy. It’s now permanently in my no-makeup makeup drawer.

YES that's the term I was looking for! It's way too slippery for lip (which makes it harder to use it by itself) but for the blush?? PERFECT.❤

Pretty shades but didn't feel like lasting more than 3 hrs on my oily skin. Might work better for drier types.

Checked the INCI list and was happy to see minimal fragrance, which is rare for multipurpose Korean color products. If they stay this skin-friendly and lightweight, I’d be down to collect more shades.

These remind me of the Glossier Cloud Paints, but more refined in finish, less wet-looking and more satin-skin. Also I really appreciate formulas that blend out with minimal effort and minimal margin for error. The Romantic Blush line seems like a win for both beginners and low-maintenance makeup lovers. And I agree that 07 Glimmer sounds like that perfect muted tone that subtly sculpts the cheek without being too obvious.

Would love to see them expand the range with some mauve or berry tones for cooler skin!

Been eyeing these and wasn't sure if they'd work over my sunscreen only days. Did you try them without foundation underneath? Curious how they play with bare skin.

I'm curious too! I'm trying out some foundation free look for the summer and I wonder if this works fine with just sunscreen!
