Look, I wanted to like this. I really did. It’s one of those products that got hyped up everywhere — TikTok, Olive Young, you name it. But after finishing nearly half the bottle, I’m still sitting here wondering… what exactly is the point?
Let’s start with the spray. It’s not fine mist. More like uneven bursts that land everywhere but your hair — your face, your arms, your bathroom tiles. (And yes, if you’ve ever stepped barefoot on a mysterious oily patch of floor, you’ll know the rage I’m talking about.)
The rose scent? Not subtle. It’s that kind of perfumey-rose that doesn’t blend into your hair but hovers around like it’s trying to be noticed. I wouldn’t mind if it came with actual performance. But unfortunately, it doesn’t.
Even on damp hair, this doesn’t absorb smoothly. Used sparingly or generously, I either felt no difference or ended up with stringy-looking strands. If you’ve got fine or straight hair, it might work better, but my medium-density, frizz-prone hair just… nope.
And I know this sounds extra, but I can’t forgive a product that makes me clean my floors after doing my hair. You either make my hair feel like silk or make my bathroom smell good — don’t make me do both and call it a treatment.
