Banila Co Mauve Letter is the ✨most me✨ color I’ve found this year.

I have absolutely no regrets. ZERO. I bought this because I’m weak for pretty packaging — I fully admit that. The Banila Co Romantic Blush Lip & Cheek in 09 Mauve Letter was sitting there on the shelf like it KNEW I would fall for it. The frosted tube? The minimalist lettering? The soft muted mauve shade peeking through? It said “you’re mine” and I obeyed.

But plot twist: I didn’t just fall for the look.

This formula?? Is a whole experience.

Let’s talk texture first — it’s not your typical watery tint, and it’s not a sticky gel either. It’s this dreamy, whipped-cream-meets-serum situation that feels featherlight, almost mousse-like, but with a juicy glide. It applies like butter and dries down into the softest, airbrushed blur that looks like your skin but 10x more romantic.

Now the color — oh my GOD, the color. Mauve Letter is the exact shade I’ve been searching for but could never quite find. It’s this balanced muted rose with just enough depth to feel grown-up, but soft enough to still be flirty. It’s not too pink, not too brown, not too purple. Just perfectly moody-romantic. I swear it flatters every part of my face.

✨ On the cheeks: It gives you that “blushed from a long walk in the cold” kind of flush. Super diffused and chic. Doesn’t cling to texture, doesn’t disturb base, just melts right in. I’ve used fingers, sponge, and even a stippling brush — it works with everything.

💋 On the lips: I was READY to be disappointed (multi-use products rarely do lips well), but this surprised me! It’s smooth, layers easily, doesn’t sink into lines or feel drying. It gives that blurred pouty look that makes you want to speak softly in a café somewhere in Paris.

Also — the aesthetic of this product is honestly unfair. I leave it out on my vanity just because it makes me feel like the kind of person who journals in soft lighting and drinks rose tea. The applicator is precise, the tube feels luxe, and the entire vibe is just… a moment.

Would I repurchase? ABSOLUTELY. I’m already eyeing more shades, but honestly, Mauve Letter is so me that I’m tempted to hoard it just in case it ever gets discontinued (please no).

If you’re into soft romantic tones, dreamy textures, and packaging that makes you gasp — you’re going to fall HARD for this. I promise.

This isn’t just a cute product. It’s a whole mood. 💗
