i've used Anua Eoseongcho 77 Soothing Toner

I picked this up because a friend recommended it.

I have oily, acne-prone skin, and unfortunately, this felt a little irritating when I applied it. It stung a bit, so I ended up stopping after a while.

I really wanted to love it because I’m a huge fan of mugwort, and I even tried using it as a watery toner, but sadly, it just didn’t work for me. (especially for hydration).

The texture is super thin and watery, so it’s fine to apply right after washing your face. The scent isn’t exactly pleasant, but I’m pretty sure that’s just the mugwort!

Summary

I feel stimulated

Same here, it gave me a weird sting even though I wanted to like it. Mugwort is tricky.

Have you tried layering it with a gentler toner first? Sometimes that helps tone down the sting.

Ugh I hate when something smells like raw plants and not in a good way 😅

This was my holy grail in the summer! Maybe not great for sensitive skin though.

If mugwort’s not your thing, try the I’m From Rice Toner. Way more hydrating and absolutely no sting > it’s so gentle.
