The Blackhead Routine That Actually Worked – ilso Deep Clean Master & Super Melting Sebum Softener

I don’t usually get too excited about blackhead products because let’s be real—most of them don’t do much. But ilso’s Deep Clean Master & Super Melting Sebum Softener actually made a noticeable difference. If you’re dealing with stubborn sebaceous filaments and clogged pores, this combo is worth trying.

Step 1: Super Melting Sebum Softener

This is basically the prep step. It’s a lightweight essence-type formula that you apply to your nose (or anywhere with clogged pores). You leave it on for a few minutes, and it helps melt the sebum so it’s easier to remove. I was skeptical, but after about 5 minutes, I could already see the oil surfacing. No stinging, no irritation—just a mild warming effect.

Step 2: Deep Clean Master

This is where the magic happens. It’s a soft silicone brush that vibrates at high frequency to gently push out all the gunk without damaging the skin. I’ve used pore strips before (big mistake), and even extraction tools, but this method is so much gentler and doesn’t leave my skin red or irritated. You just glide the brush over the area, and the vibrations + melted sebum combo take care of the rest.

The Results?

My nose felt noticeably smoother, and I could actually see the difference. The little white dots (you know the ones) were significantly reduced, and my skin didn’t feel stripped or dry. I used to think my only options were either doing nothing or aggressively squeezing, but this method is way more effective and way less harsh.

I would include pictures of the results, but… let’s be honest, nobody wants to see a close-up of my nose gunk. Just trust me when I say, it works.

I've been losing my mind over blackheads lately. Did this actually help with sebaceous filaments too? Most things just dry me out or do nothing.

Do i need to use both products together or would the softener alone make a difference? trying to keep it minimal.
