Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream

So… I had a moment. You know the one: magnifying mirror, questionable lighting, and suddenly you’re an amateur dermatologist going too hard.

Cue instant regret. Cue this cream.

Dr. Althea’s 345 Relief Cream feels like the skincare equivalent of someone tucking you in after a meltdown. It’s lightweight but somehow super nourishing, with this cooling, soft finish that just tells your skin, “Shh. It’s okay.”

I don’t always believe in barrier creams, but when I do—it’s this one. No redness the next morning, no angry patches, just calm, even, “I didn’t cry while extracting that whitehead” energy.

Might not be magic, but it feels close.

Ok but does it actually work long term or is this just a momentary thing?

Been using this for 3 months so far. It's not momentary thing girlie!! Takes time but surely brings the results! In my case, my acnes were gone!

I use this as my skin's first aid kit so whenever I seem to have pimples, I just put a bit of this near them ( do not spread just put!) Overnight they get calm.

I’ve been burned by so many “soothing creams” lol. Might try this one though.

Never seen anyone around me feeling burnt! If your skin is extra sensitive to certain ingredients, I would recommend to read them through first

Interesting! I thought this cream will be super rich and that's why I was debating but I might just go for it!

Use this as a acne patch even though it doesn't look like patches lol. Putting this on the acnes overnight and waking up with them not angry anymore.

Does it actually repair or just comfort? Squints at ingredients bc my last barrier cream was basically fancy Vaseline and I'm still salty about it. Might let this one hurt me too tho

After nuking my face with retinol, this was the only thing that didn't make me want to crawl out of my skin. 10/10 I'd give to this.
