What's up grils! I wanted to share a roundup of all the skincare I’ve been using the past couple of months. I picked these up at the end of March so it’s been just over two months of consistent testing. Since I love writing quick reviews, I'm gonna show one item every day.
About Me
Skin type : Combo leaning dry
Skin concerns : Sensitivity, acne-prone, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and large pores
Climate : Mildly humid spring weather, nothing too extreme
Quick note : All of these products are fragrance and essential oil free. If I mention a scent, I’m referring to the natural scent that sometimes comes with unscented formulas.
So, Today I'm gonna talk about Round Lab Birch Juice Moisturizing Sun Stick.
Rating : 3/5 Probably Not Repurchase
This sun stick is like a tall drink of water for your face, moisturizing, buttery-smooth, and super gentle. It glides on effortlessly, thanks to the hydrating birch sap and emollient-rich formula, and leaves your skin feeling soft and nourished. If you have dry or sensitive skin, or just love a juicy, dewy finish, this could be a dream.
But there’s a catch. In hot, humid weather, especially with frequent reapplication, it starts melting fast like butter under the sun. By the end of the day, the entire stick had vanished, which was a big surprise. Other sunsticks didn’t get tested under the same conditions, but I get the feeling they might hold up better due to being a little less emollient.
If your skin leans oily, you might find this one a bit too shiny by the end of the day. Still, for dry, sensitive skin types or cooler weather use, it’s a lovely, skin-loving formula. Just maybe keep it out of direct sun when possible!
Here is my last day-shelf! Don't miss out!
