◎ Texture
It’s not super lightweight, but it’s definitely not heavy either. It absorbs nicely and doesn’t leave a sticky feeling.
◎ Hydration
It’s not oily at all, but it really locks in moisture and keeps my skin from drying out. I think it would work well for both dry and combo skin types.
◎ Soothing Effect
It doesn’t have any special calming ingredients, but it’s so hydrating that if my skin feels warm or irritated, applying this instantly makes it feel better. That said, ever since I started using it, I haven’t really dealt with redness or irritation, so I can’t say for sure.
◎ Lasting Power
The hydration actually lasts—it doesn’t just disappear after a while. It’s not greasy or heavy, but it keeps my skin feeling plump and moisturized. The only thing is, in winter, the corners of my mouth can still get a little dry after a while, so I just dab on some Bioder* cream around my lips.
◎ Best Seasons to Use
Spring/Summer: Works great on its own. If you have dry skin, you might want to layer it a couple of times on drier areas.
Fall/Winter: If you have oily skin, this might be enough on its own. But if you have combo or dry skin, you’ll probably want to layer a heavier cream over the drier areas for extra moisture.
