Okay Iāve said this before but Iāll say it againāthis sunscreen? Itās THAT girl. Iām on my fourth tube now and at this point it basically lives in my skincare pouch like rent-free.
I first tried it last summer when I was desperately looking for a sunscreen that wouldnāt clog my pores or make me look like a greaseball by 11AM (grad school = stress = skin acting wild). Iām combo skin, leaning oily when the weather heats up, and Iām super picky with SPF textures. Anything too thick and I break out. Anything too runny and I get patchy. But this one? Smooth, moisturizing but weightless, and gives you that fresh hydrated glow without the shine.
And for those wondering, no white cast whatsoever. Like NONE. It sinks in beautifully, even under makeup, and doesnāt pill. Iāve worn it under multiple base combos (cushion, powder foundation, skin tintsāyou name it) and it plays well with all of them.
The finish is slightly dewy but not in a āI forgot to set my faceā kind of way. More like, āoh wow, your skin looks healthyā kind of way. Iād say dry to combo skin folks will love this. Oily skin people might need to blot once during the day but thatās it.
Also, itās got green tea and sunflower seed oil in it, which are both calming and antioxidant-rich. So yes, it protects and nourishes. Science and self-care in one tube? Yes please.
Honestly, it just checks so many boxes.
⢠No irritation? Check.
⢠Easy to reapply? Check.
⢠Under $20 and lasts forever? Check.
Would I recommend it to my skincare newbie friend who just started wearing SPF? Yes. Would I recommend it to my fellow ingredient nerds who scan INCIs like textbooks? Also yes.
The only downside is⦠I go through it too fast because I keep recommending it and now my friends keep stealing it from my bag.
Buy it. Use it. Fall in love. Repeat.
