Nowadays, the weather is getting unbearably hot and my skin started to get overheated...

I focused on sleeping masks during the winter, but since the weather became hot, i am using numerous amounts of sheet masks nowadays and found a nice, hydratin, and cooling one!

It is Torriden dive in low molecular hyaluronic acid sheet mask.

I knew that torriden dive in low molecular hyaluronic acid serum went viral around kbeauty fans but ive never tried it before so i was just not sure if this sheet mask will be good enough.

My current skin type is ALWAYS overheated, kinda oily (but not extreme), and have some acne breakouts around my face. No specific area.

And i think my skin is not extremely sensitive. It is not that my skin barrier is so strong but still, i think it wont be that weak (i hope so lol)

So the main purpose of this purchase was to deal with my overheated skin and for hydration. 

My key criteria when reviewing sheet masks are the material of the sheet, the finish (if it feels sticky or not), and the amount of essence it contains. 

I actually prefer gel type mask sheets but this one wasn't.

So to be honest, i was disappointed at first, but while using it, i felt that it won't get dry easily.

The reason why i preferred a gel type sheets was because gel type sheet masks tend to stay hydrated for a longer time, but this one lasted hydrated for a long time even though it is not a gel-type so i was satisfied enough.

So I read the official website and it said that they used a Vegan Cellulose sheet.

This sheet has excellent moisture absorption and helps to keep the skin hydrated without any tightness.

Vegan cellulose sheet is a plant based, biodegradable mask fabric and there were no animal-derived ingredients added. And there were also no animal testing during the manufacturing process. It is also known for its adherence being great, and hydration retention, and suits for sensitive skin too.

I loved that it is vegan and there were no animal testing!

And even though i coudnt feel all the details mentioned in the website, i could feel that the hydration lasts long in this sheet.

The finish of this sheet mask was not bad but not good

It wasnt sticky on my face. It was just glowing and hydrated. 

However, after taking off the sheet, i gently rubbed my face to help my skin absorb the essence.

And when there's some essence on my hand, it was sticky.

Luckily, it won't last long but it was sticky.

It was bearable for me but if u really hate smth that last sticky on ur hand, u should avoid this one. 

The sheet itself was very very soft.

It will be very suitable for sensitive skin. It is not irritating at all.

But there was also a light con on this soft sheet.

When u try to unfold the sheet, it tears really easily.

So u need to be careful so this can be kinda disturbing. 

There were no new acne breakouts after using this sheet mask but I coudnt feel the soothing effect at all. It was hydrating but not soothing.

It doesnt occur new acnes but it wont solve it neither.

So if u want a sheet mask that can soothe your skin and lessen ur acne,  i think u should look for a heartleaf or teatree sheet masks.

This one is just for the hydrating.

Its hydration was perfect.

It contains 'low molecular' hyaluronic acid and maybe thanks to that, i think i absorbs deeper into our skin layer. 

I've tried countless skincare products that says they are hydrating but they only made my skin feel hydrated right after application but wont last long. Since I started using this sheet mask regularly, my skin feels consistently hydrated and it did fix my underlayer dryness.

I recommend using this sheet mask as ur skincare 'routine'. I used it 2-3 times a week.

It was effective for overheated skin. If ur skin is overheated, it makes ur pores get larger and can also irritate ur skin. So I prefer to cool down my skin right after it got heated.

When u use this sheet mask, u can instantly feel that the surface temperature of ur skin got cooler.

It says it's been tested and confirmed to be suitable for sensitive skin too. I didnt experience any irritation myself but u should also keep in mind that it didnt have any noticeable calming or soothing effect either.

I would rate it 4.5/5 bc even though it didnt have any soothing effect, it was very successful in its main purpose - hydrating.
